Many completed projects have clearly affirmed this, such as the Shophouse project of VinGroup Corporation, the Viet My urban area project, Thinh Hung urban area (Tan Ha ward), Tan Phat (Y La ward)...

In October 2023, the Danko Center project invested by Sun Times Group officially started construction in Kim Phu commune (Tuyen Quang city). As one of the leading modern urban infrastructure projects in Tuyen Quang, Danko Center is expected to be a "push" to accelerate the urbanization rate, completing the appearance of Tuyen Quang city in a modern direction.

Danko Center urban area is built on an area of ​​over 42 hectares, is one of the projects with synchronous infrastructure with convenient traffic connections to administrative centers, entertainment areas, healthcare and education... of the area. The project has real estate types of 233 shophouses, 533 townhouses, 66 single villas and 92 villas with full civilized facilities such as shopping centers, walking streets, parks... Currently, the project has completed the foundation, welcome gate and initial construction to the project's subdivisions.

The ground plan of Danko Center urban area project in Kim Phu commune (Tuyen Quang city) has been completed in the initial stages of constructing subdivisions.

Flamingo Heritage Tan Trao project, Tan Trao commune (Son Duong) is entering the completion stage, a modern, most classy ecological urban area has been shaped right in the center of the commune. Mr. Do Cao Cuong, Director of Flamingo Tan Trao Construction Project Management Board, excitedly said that the project has now been completed and put into use the Central area with 32 shops and reception houses, it is expected that the festival area will be completed on July 25 and the 4-star hotel will be completed next month. Flamingo Heritage Tan Trao project is one of the important projects of the province, not only promoting the urbanization process in Son Duong district but also meeting the demand in the high-end resort tourism segment, while creating direct jobs and stable income for local people, increasing the State budget revenue.

Comrade Nguyen Sy Ha, Deputy Head of Urban Development Department, Department of Construction said: The urbanization speed in the area is taking place rapidly, especially in Tuyen Quang city, Son Duong, Yen Son... The appearance of urban areas in the province has clearly "changed", becoming more spacious and modern; the quality of life of urban residents has been improved.

Creating resources to promote urbanization

The province has 7 urban areas, of which 1 is a type II urban area, Tuyen Quang city, 4 urban areas have been established for a long time, including: Son Duong town (Son Duong); Na Hang town (Na Hang); Tan Yen town (Ham Yen); Vinh Loc town (Chiem Hoa). 2 new type V urban areas have been built, including Yen Son town (Yen Son), Lang Can town (Lam Binh). By the end of June, the urbanization rate of the province reached 25.5%, basically meeting the target of the Urban Development Program for the period 2021 - 2025, with a vision to 2030.

Deputy Director of the Department of Construction Ha Quoc Dung emphasized that, identifying urbanization as a major driving force for socio-economic development, the province is synchronously implementing solutions to accelerate the urbanization rate; focusing on developing a number of urban areas as a driving force for socio-economic development of each district. In particular, the focus is on developing Tuyen Quang city into a core urban area, creating attraction; supporting the development of tourist areas: Na Hang tourist area, Tan Trao special national relic site...

The development axis road from Tuyen Quang city to Yen Son district center was invested in construction with nearly 700 billion VND from the State budget. Although it has just been put into operation, it has opened up a new development space for Tuyen Quang city and Yen Son district. This is also the premise for the development of new urban areas along both sides of the road, connecting with Tuyen Quang city center, while strongly promoting the socio-economic development of the province in general and of Tuyen Quang city and Yen Son district in particular.

Just 6 months ago, Mr. Dinh Tuyen Huan, Tien Phong residential group, Yen Son town, only knew about fields and banks, but now he has become the owner of a grocery store and a breakfast shop. Mr. Huan excitedly said: The road has been opened, making it easier for people to travel, and the demand for shopping and consumption has also increased. To meet the consumption needs of local people and passersby, he and his wife opened a shop, and their life has improved a lot.

According to the report of the Department of Construction, in addition to the State's investment, the sector has also organized the establishment of 16 new urban master plans in the areas of Son Nam, Hong Lac, Tan Trao communes (Son Duong); My Bang, Trung Mon, Xuan Van communes (Yen Son); Thai Son, Phu Luu communes (Ham Yen); Hoa Phu, Ngoc Hoi, Kim Binh, Trung Ha communes (Chiem Hoa); Da Vi, Yen Hoa communes (Na Hang); Thuong Lam, Phuc Son communes (Lam Binh). Currently, 2 projects including: Son Nam, Hong Lac urban planning project (Son Duong) have been approved by the Provincial People's Committee, and are currently organizing boundary marking in the field. The establishment of planning projects will develop the urban area according to the set roadmap.

Deputy Director of the Department of Construction Ha Quoc Dung affirmed: Synchronously implementing solutions will control the development of the urban system according to classification, gradually complete the urban network in accordance with the socio-economic development stage of the province and increase the urbanization rate in the province to over 27% by 2025; and over 35% by 2030.
