Ha Tinh City establishes urban discipline on Ham Nghi Street

The campaign contributes to improving compliance with legal regulations on state management in the fields of urban order, traffic safety, and environmental sanitation in Ha Tinh city.

Implementing the plan of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh City, the Ha Tinh City Urban Order Management Team coordinated with relevant units and the People's Committees of Tran Phu, Ha Huy Tap, and Thach Linh wards to restore urban discipline, traffic safety and order, and environmental sanitation on Ham Nghi Street.

This is a road located in the center of the city, under the management of 3 wards Ha Huy Tap, Tran Phu, Thach Linh, which has been built and renovated with a fairly synchronous infrastructure system. However, recently, some households have deliberately encroached on the corridors and sidewalks for business and parking, affecting traffic safety and urban beauty.

The Ha Tinh City Urban Order Management Team mobilized 100% of its forces, vehicles and necessary tools to coordinate with localities and functional forces to handle the situation.

The Ha Tinh City Urban Order Management Team has drawn up a record of acts of encroachment on the road corridor for trading goods, placing advertising signs, and leaving vehicles that pose risks to traffic safety and urban beauty.

It is known that before that, the People's Committee of Ha Tinh city had organized widespread propaganda in wards and communes; painted lines on sidewalks to regulate areas where business and sale of goods are allowed; organized people to sign commitments not to violate corridors, sidewalks, and urban order. At the same time, implemented traffic safety and urban order work.

The authorities will continue to conduct inspections on Ham Nghi Street and some key streets in the wards as a basis to maintain and re-establish urban order and discipline, contributing to improving the quality of civilized streets, model residential groups and model urban civilized wards.
