At the meeting with voters of Nghi Xuan district, they reflected on a number of issues such as: slow payment of benefits for people with meritorious services; many shortcomings in granting land use right certificates and land recovery compensation; disagreement on unit prices for site clearance compensation; slow settlement of land accumulation support payments; slow implementation of projects causing waste; improper investment, causing environmental pollution at the Ke Vang Seed Production Center project in Xuan Vien commune; many shortcomings in the education program...

Voters of Xuan Vien commune, Nghi Xuan district frankly expressed their opinions and recommendations at the meeting.

Voters also suggested that it is necessary to pay attention to managing and handling the situation of trading and advertising counterfeit and fake goods; promptly handle long-standing land disputes and problems; and support funding for the restoration of the archaeological site of Phoi Phoi - Bai Coi. Regarding the issue of arranging and streamlining the organization of the political system, voters hope that it is necessary to strengthen supervision in arranging and assigning cadres in administrative units; and have additional support policies for part-time and part-time cadres at the commune level who have to retire after the merger and arrangement.

Regarding issues of culture, health, education, especially financial support for the restoration of the archaeological site of Phoi Phoi - Bai Coi; regarding the opinion that the educational program still has many shortcomings, the localities and the Central Government are paying attention to resolving these issues.

The district is requested to focus on resolving outstanding land issues for the people. Concerns about the part-time cadres in the process of merging the National Assembly delegation will continue to be discussed at the National Assembly forum.

Regarding the socio-economic situation; the roadmap for restructuring and streamlining the political apparatus, the Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the province emphasized: Ha Tinh is a locality that is not subject to merger, this is an advantage for the development trend, an affirmation of the position and cultural identity of Ha Tinh. The dissolution of the district level, the merger of communes with larger scale, and the elimination of intermediate levels will create favorable conditions for the people, build a streamlined, effective, efficient government, close to the people, and open up a new situation in the country's development.

National Assembly delegates and leaders of departments and branches listened to and accepted opinions and recommendations of voters of Nghi Xuan district.

To operate the new apparatus, the Central and local governments will streamline many cadres, initially there will be difficulties, and people's sharing is needed. In the coming time, Nghi Xuan district is requested to focus on completing economic and social targets; tasks on Party building work according to the Party Resolution for the 2025 term; focus on merging commune-level administrative units; advise the province on plans to arrange and assign new commune-level cadres to operate effectively immediately after the merger.
