This morning, April 18, Comrade Nguyen Tuong Van - Deputy Minister of Construction inspected the preparations for the technical opening ceremony of 2 North - South Expressway component projects in Ha Tinh. On the provincial side, there were Comrade Nguyen Duy Lam - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of relevant departments and agencies.
Leaders of the Ministry of Construction and Ha Tinh province discussed the coordination of organizing the traffic opening ceremony and the project's construction progress.
Inspecting the construction progress of the North-South expressway, Bai Vot - Ham Nghi section through Luu Vinh Son commune, Thach Ha district, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Tuong Van highly appreciated the efforts of Ha Tinh, the Project Management Board and consulting, supervising and construction units... who have done a good job in site clearance, timely supply of materials, and building a reasonable construction plan to ensure progress according to the set plan.
Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Tuong Van and Secretary of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duy Lam inspected the site to prepare for the technical opening ceremony of the Bai Vot - Ham Nghi expressway.
He emphasized that the technical opening of the entire Bai Vot - Ham Nghi and Ham Nghi - Vung Ang expressways tomorrow, April 19, is of utmost importance before the entire route is opened to traffic. The Deputy Minister of Construction requested Ha Tinh province and related units to prepare well for all aspects such as reception, traffic flow, electricity system, transmission lines, security and order to ensure the technical opening ceremony goes smoothly.
The Bai Vot – Ham Nghi expressway section is being urgently completed, ready for the technical opening ceremony on April 19.
At the same time, the contractor and construction unit are required to continue completing the plans and next tasks so that after the technical opening ceremony, the project can be put into operation and exploitation to ensure safety, efficiency, and promote the project's objectives./.
