On the morning of December 11, the Emulation Bloc of Provincial Party Agencies held a conference to summarize emulation and reward work in 2024 and deploy tasks for 2025.

In 2024, the emulation and reward work has always been carried out promptly, synchronously and effectively by the agencies and units in the Bloc. The emulation movements have been built and implemented with focus and key points, ensuring quality and suitability to the actual situation of each agency and unit. The commendation and reward work has been carried out, promptly replicating typical advanced examples, strongly promoting the proactive and creative spirit of cadres, civil servants and public employees, creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere, improving the quality and efficiency of work, and excellently completing assigned political tasks. The evaluation and reward work has always ensured objectivity, publicity and democracy, strictly complying with the process, procedures, standards and regulations. The collectives and individuals that were commended and rewarded all had outstanding and exemplary achievements, which became the driving force contributing to the completion and surpassing of the goals and targets according to the resolutions of the conference of cadres, civil servants and employees of each agency and unit set out during the year.

In 2025, the Committees, agencies and units in the Bloc will continue to implement emulation contents associated with the implementation of political tasks. Focus on researching and innovating emulation and reward work and emulation movements to achieve achievements to welcome Party congresses at all levels. Advise, lead and direct the organization, arrangement and streamline the apparatus in accordance with local realities. Organize emulation movements by topic and sudden emulation in agencies and units. Focus on discovering typical factors for reward and summarizing emulation and reward work in accordance with regulations.

Representatives of the Provincial Political School presented the Emulation Flag to the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.

At the conference, delegates of the units discussed, contributed opinions to the report and proposed solutions to improve the quality of emulation and rewards in the coming time, evaluated the emulation of the Bloc, selected the leading unit to propose the Provincial People's Committee to award the Emulation Flag to the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, and awarded certificates of merit from the Provincial People's Committee to 2 units including: the Party Committee of the Agency-Enterprise Bloc and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department. At the same time, elected the Provincial Political School as the Cluster Leader in 2025.
