Delegates attend the opening ceremony rehearsal
– On the evening of January 31, at Hung Vuong Street Square , Lang Son City, the Organizing Committee of the Lang Peach Blossom Festival and activities celebrating the Party and the Year of the Dragon - 2024 held a rehearsal for the opening ceremony of the festival. Attending and directing the rehearsal was comrade Duong Xuan Huyen, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Lang Peach Blossom Festival and activities celebrating the Party and the Year of the Dragon - 2024.
The opening ceremony of the Lang Son Peach Blossom Festival 2024 with the theme “Sparkling Peach Blossoms – Shining, Reaching Far” will be held at 8:00 p.m. on February 1 (ie December 22, Quy Mao year). The program will be broadcast live on the provincial Radio and Television Station and rebroadcast on a number of provincial radio and television stations across the country.
At the rehearsal, the units and departments participating in the program coordinated the award ceremony of the Peach Tree and Peach Garden Contest of Lang Son and the Peach Blossom Painting Contest of Lang Son in 2024; the opening program, the art program. In which, the art program took place with 3 main parts: the first part "Legend of a flower" talked about spring and the meaning of peach blossoms of Lang Son; the second part "Fragrance and color of Lang Son" talked about the beauty of the land and people of Lang Son; the third part "Lang Son, my homeland, Vietnam" talked about Lang Son in the period of innovation, development and integration. Basically, the program content was tight, the art performances ensured quality and were appropriate.

Immediately after the rehearsal, the festival organizing committee members held a meeting to review experiences and contribute opinions on issues such as: script content, stage visual effects, introduction to the peach blossom painting contest, duration of the award ceremony, extras, number of actors, etc.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Lang Son Peach Blossom Festival and activities celebrating the Party and the New Year of the Dragon - 2024 spoke at the rehearsal.
Speaking at the rehearsal, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the units participating in organizing the program to accept comments and adjust some of the script, performances, narration, stage layout, props, etc. to create harmony and suitability with the cultural identity of Lang Son's ethnic groups.
