The An Giang Provincial Public Service Inspection Team will carry out regular or ad hoc tasks to enhance the responsibility of officials, civil servants, and public employees in performing their duties, and to build a "Friendly Government, serving the People".
Accordingly, the team will conduct surprise inspections of cadres, civil servants, and public employees working in state administrative agencies at all levels under the direction of competent authorities and the Head of the public service inspection team; conduct regular, direct inspections at agencies, units, and localities or conduct inspections through reports according to plan.
The content of the inspection is to thoroughly grasp and implement documents of the Government, Prime Minister, Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee on compliance with legal provisions in public service activities, compliance with discipline and administrative discipline of cadres, civil servants and public employees at state administrative agencies at all levels.
In case of detecting and recording any agency, unit, cadre, civil servant or public employee who has violated discipline or administrative discipline, the Public Service Inspection Team shall report and recommend the competent authority to handle the case according to regulations. At the same time, report the inspection results to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for consideration, direction and handling according to authority.
Through inspection, it aims to rectify the compliance with discipline and administrative discipline in the performance of duties and public services of cadres, civil servants and public employees; contribute to preventing violations. Create strong changes in working style and manners and enhance the responsibility in the performance of public services of cadres, civil servants and public employees. At the same time, enhance the role and responsibility of heads of agencies and units of the political system in exemplary compliance with discipline and administrative discipline, building a "Friendly Government, serving the People".
