In propaganda, it is necessary to focus on the dissemination, propaganda and implementation of documents of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee such as: Resolution No. 12-NQ/TW dated March 16, 2022 and Plan No. 63-KH/TU dated August 12, 2022 of the Standing Committee of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee on implementing Resolution No. 12-NQ/TW; Project No. 02-DA/DUCA dated December 20, 2022 of the Provincial Public Security Party Committee on promoting the building of a truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite, modern Bac Giang Provincial Public Security force, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation; Resolution No. 275-NQ/TU dated April 4, 2023 of the Standing Committee of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee on building a Bac Giang Provincial Public Security force to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation...; especially Conclusion No. 124-KL/TW, dated February 10, 2025 of the Politburo and Plan No. 170-KH/TU, dated March 14, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on arranging and streamlining the organization of the local police apparatus to operate effectively and efficiently, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new period.

Initial results achieved in implementing and organizing the implementation of directive documents of the Politburo, the Secretariat, the Central Public Security Party Committee, the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security , the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial People's Committee on arranging and streamlining the local public security apparatus to operate effectively and efficiently, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new period; the results of arranging, assigning, and perfecting the organization and staff of public security officers in the Provincial Party Committee with the implementation of organizing the provincial and communal government apparatus according to the direction to ensure efficiency and timeliness with the motto "no interruption of regular activities, no vacancy of areas, ensuring effective security and order must be better".

Continue to propagate the policy, viewpoints, and goals of reorganizing the local police apparatus in the direction of "comprehensive province; strong commune, close to the grassroots" to create consensus, trust, and strict compliance with the organization's decisions when mobilized, assigned, and arranged. Fully and promptly implement the regimes and policies for cadres in units subject to merger, consolidation, and dissolution due to organizational restructuring. Continue to promote the decentralization of professional work as well as cadre organization work to create favorable conditions for commune-level police to be more proactive in their work activities.
