When arriving at the above location, it collided with a car with license plate 79A - 186.26 driven by Mr. Phan Dinh T (59 years old, residing in Van Long commune, Van Ninh district, Khanh Hoa) traveling in the same direction.

According to initial information, at around 6:00 a.m. the same day, at Km 28+500 from Dong Nai to Binh Thuan (section through Long Thanh district, Dong Nai province), an accident occurred between 4 vehicles including a tractor-trailer, a truck, a passenger car and a car.

At the scene, all vehicles were severely damaged in the front and rear, with the car lying across the main lane. The accident left the occupants of the 16-seat car and the car stunned and scratched. Previously, at around 4:50 a.m. the same day, a tractor with license plate 77C - 075.50 pulling a trailer carrying a container was traveling on the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay Expressway, heading from Ho Chi Minh City to Dong Nai. When passing the intersection of National Highway 51 for about 8km (in the area of ​​Binh Son Commune, Long Thanh District), the front of the vehicle suddenly caught fire.

Seeing the smoke and fire, the driver quickly pulled over to the emergency lane and called the authorities for assistance.
