Reporting at the meeting, a representative of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (DOCST) said that the Hung Kings' Commemoration Ceremony this year is expected to include a ceremony and a festival. The ceremony will take place from 8-9 am on the 10th day of the 3rd lunar month (April 7, 2025) at the Provincial Museum with traditional rituals such as offering incense, flowers and offerings; commemorating the merits of the Hung Kings; visiting the thematic exhibition "The Hung Kings' Period through documents, images and artifacts". This year, there will be additional lion and dragon dance performances and martial arts music.

Overview of the meeting

The festival will continue right after the ceremony ends and will be held at Thu Dau Mot Park, with the following contents: Organizing a contest to wrap Chung cake and Day cake; folk games; and performances by students, university students, and union members.

Up to this point, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has also deployed related tasks to serve the organization of the Hung Kings' Commemoration Ceremony in 2025.

The 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South, National Reunification and the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday includes a series of activities: Organizing visits and presenting gifts to cadres, veterans, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, Heroes of the Armed Forces, and Labor Heroes; Visiting the Martyrs' Cemetery; The 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Thu Dau Mot Province (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025); Special art programs and fireworks display; special exhibitions and displays to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South, National Reunification, the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday and 50 years of Binh Duong province's literature and art after the country's reunification; Seminars to meet historical witnesses and researchers; Meeting to celebrate the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday, along with commendation and reward for typical collectives and individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the period of 2020-2025; Groundbreaking ceremony, inauguration, awarding of Decisions approving investment policies, Investment registration certificates for key projects and works for socio-economic development in the province...
