In addition to analyzing the value and influence of the music video promoting Bac Ninh tourism "Bac Bling" (Bac Ninh) by singer Hoa Minzy, delegates were informed about the characteristics and cultural traditions of Tu Son hometown and Bac Ninh province; institutional solutions and specific policies of the city and province to encourage and promote community participation in developing the cultural industry.
