Wings Books - The young book brand of Kim Dong Publishing House launched the book "Is money bad? - Personal financial management, and the path to financial happiness".


When it comes to the phrase “financial management”, many people mistakenly think that only rich people need to learn how to manage money. In fact, this is a necessary skill for anyone, whether they have little or a lot of money.

It can be said that money is one of the indispensable things in social life, we all need money, and to have money we have to work hard. Money is so important, but not everyone understands how to use money effectively.

Personal financial management is not simply about saving, but more than that, it is about using money most effectively to help you live happily and limit risks that arise in life.

The book Is Money Bad? – Personal Financial Management, and the Path to Financial Happiness by author Tran Cong Danh has just been released and will bring the author's stories and practical experiences in personal financial management.

The book is divided into 3 parts: Part 1 talks about the importance of financial management, who needs financial management and common misunderstandings; Part 2 discusses how to manage personal finances, along with three activities: spending - income - investment; Part 3 explores the concept of financial freedom, understanding freedom as well as the burden of debt and the path to financial happiness.

One of the important messages that the author mentions many times and becomes the guiding principle in the main sections is financial happiness.

Happiness is also an important goal in financial management. Money may not be the only way to happiness, but it is an indispensable condition and catalyst to spice up happiness.

This book is not simply about helping you make more money, but more specifically, it goes into detail about using money, efficiency, risk prevention, and moving towards financial happiness.

Once you have grasped the essence, assessed the reality and practiced financial management skills regularly, try to aim for a sustainable goal – no matter how much money you have, you will feel happy.

The author shared: "After reading, take your time, put your head down and answer the questions from the title of the book. Don't put it on the shelf, or consider it as a finished book like any other book, but review it from time to time. It can completely accompany you throughout your financial and life journey, at each stage you will find deeper feelings."

Author Tran Cong Danh is a former student in France and a lecturer in Banking and Finance. He is currently a manager at one of the top banks in Vietnam. This book marks the first time he has written a book about finance.
