Since the beginning of the term, the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Court has led and directed the People's Courts at two levels in the province to well perform the assigned political functions and tasks, notably leading the good performance of the functions of adjudicating criminal, civil, marriage and family, business, commercial, labor, administrative cases and resolving other matters in accordance with the provisions of law. Leading and directing the implementation seriously, promptly, and in accordance with regulations. The Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Court has directed and guided the dissemination, dissemination, and implementation of the Party's directives, resolutions, and conclusions to all cadres, party members, and the masses.

As a result, the two-level People's Court has resolved and tried 18,972/21,510 cases of all kinds, reaching a rate of 85%; organized the review of the reduction of prison terms for 5,886 prisoners in accordance with the law; issued decisions to execute criminal sentences for 4,308 convicted people, reaching a rate of 100%; inspected 12,684 legally effective judgments and decisions; promptly resolved sensitive, complicated cases of public concern; at the same time, coordinated with the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee and the Standing Committees of the District and City Party Committees in advising the Party Committees to lead and direct the resolution of cases under the monitoring and direction of the Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption and Negative Practices and cases according to Directive No. 26-CT/TW of the Politburo.

After listening to the delegates' comments and discussions to clarify the results achieved and the issues raised for the court work in the current period, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that in the coming time, the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Court focus on leading and directing the effective overcoming of limitations and difficulties; synchronously and drastically deploying solutions, striving to complete the set targets and tasks. Continue to lead and direct the dissemination and effective implementation of the Party's resolutions and directives, policies and laws of the State on judicial work and judicial reform; laws and ordinances related to the organization and operation of the People's Court. Direct to continue to speed up the progress and improve the quality of adjudication of all types of cases, ensuring the right person, the right crime, and the right provisions of the law; link adjudication work with propaganda, dissemination and education of the law among cadres, party members and the people.

Leaders regularly conduct internal inspections, strengthen discipline and administrative discipline, promote reform of the civil service regime, promptly detect and strictly handle violations. Focus on innovating the Party's leadership methods, improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and Party organizations in the whole industry to be truly clean and strong, meeting the requirements and assigned tasks. Strengthen the coordination mechanism with the Party's internal affairs sectors; actively fight against corruption and waste; through the trial work, detect shortcomings and impacts on the situation, thereby proposing to Party committees and authorities in leadership, management, operation, ensuring political security, social order and safety in the locality. Proactively prepare for the Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, especially the preparation of documents and personnel work. Regarding the recommendations and proposals of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Court, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that relevant departments, branches and units proactively coordinate to advise the Provincial Party Committee to lead and direct the implementation of unified, synchronous and effective solutions in the coming time.
