The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee gave opinions on the organization and apparatus arrangement of a number of agencies according to the policy of streamlining the apparatus, organization and public investment plan for 2025.

Attending the meeting were comrades: Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee.

The meeting focused on giving opinions on the Medium-term Public Investment Plan of local budget capital for the period 2021 - 2025 on the arrangement for the implementation of the project of Building landscape, campus and pedestal of Uncle Ho statue under the project of building "Uncle Ho Monument in Tan Trao"; Public investment plan of state budget capital to implement the National Target Program on socio-economic development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas of Tuyen Quang province, period 2021 - 2025.

The Provincial Party Secretary chaired the meeting.

After discussion, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee basically agreed with the content submitted by the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee. The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee suggested that it is necessary to review the public investment plan to ensure implementation in accordance with regulations; the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee directed the completion of the report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee. Along with that, the Party Delegation of the Provincial People's Council directed the People's Council committees to coordinate in conducting the review to submit to the Provincial People's Council according to regulations.

The Provincial Party Secretary also noted that public investment projects must be carefully surveyed and considered to invest effectively, not waste capital and facilities, and practice thrift to combat waste.

The meeting also gave opinions on the abolition of Resolution No. 05/2023/NQ-HDND dated July 6, 2023 of the Provincial People's Council stipulating the level of expenditure for organizing the implementation of compensation, resettlement support and compulsory inventory and compulsory land recovery when the State recovers land in the province and some other important contents.
