Based on the proposed report of the Provincial People's Committee, the delegates discussed and gave their opinions on the organization of the 23rd session of the 11th Provincial People's Council (special session), scheduled to be held on December 20. The Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council reported the results of the examination of the draft resolution extending the application period of a number of resolutions of the Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Council and amending and supplementing a number of contents of the Land Price List for the period 2020 - 2024 in Ninh Thuan province, attached to Resolution No. 02/2020/NQ-HDND dated May 19, 2020 of the Provincial People's Council, scheduled to be submitted at the 23rd session.
Speaking at the meeting, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council basically agreed on the reports and contents approved at the meeting. Based on the results of the 22nd meeting, he requested the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial People's Council Committees and relevant departments, agencies and branches to continue to promote their sense of responsibility and actively coordinate to better prepare the contents and programs of the next Provincial People's Council meetings.

In particular, the preparation of documents to propose the drafting of resolutions and the examination of draft resolutions must be prepared early, from afar, thoroughly and promptly, so that the draft resolutions submitted at the sessions ensure a legal basis, are suitable for practice and highly feasible. Regarding the 23rd session of the Provincial People's Council, he noted that the resolution submitted at the session is very necessary and important, having a great impact on people's lives and socio-economic development. The Provincial People's Committee directed the relevant departments and branches to continue to research, review, and widely collect opinions from the people, analyze, evaluate, survey the impact, and complete the draft resolution to ensure quality, be close to the actual situation, and have a legal basis to report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for direction before submitting it at the session. In addition, the Provincial People's Council and the Fatherland Front organization closely coordinated to organize good contact with voters after the 22nd session.
