Thu Duc announces second round of primary school admissions

According to Thu Duc Department of Education and Training, the second round of primary school enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year will be conducted online.

The enrollment software system will send a notification to the student's parents' phone, providing a profile code and security code.

Parents can access the website https://tuyensinhdaucap.hcm.edu.vn to register for admission. After registering, parents will receive notification of the time to submit paper documents directly to the school.

Primary and secondary schools will base on the list of the Thu Duc City Admissions Steering Committee to accept students.

Admission time for the second round of primary school is as follows:

From 9:00 a.m. on July 19, 2024: The primary school admission software will send messages to parents whose children are assigned to the second round of schools.

From July 22 to 27, 2024: The school organizes receiving applications from students assigned to the school.

August 1, 2024: Schools announce admission lists for the 2024-2025 school year (results of 2 admission rounds).

Thu Duc Department of Education and Training said: The second round of enrollment is for students who have not been assigned to the first round of enrollment and will be updated on the education sector database page.

The primary admission steering committee will review the schools' admission capacity to make appropriate adjustments and arrangements to ensure that 100% of students can attend school.

Haven't received any messages about primary school admission, where to contact?

According to the Thu Duc Department of Education and Training, for students entering grade 1, if parents have not received a message, they should contact the ward people's committee - education specialist teacher to review, adjust information and update the list.

For students entering grade 6: If parents have not received the message, please contact the Department of Education and Training of Thu Duc City - Admissions Department to review, adjust and update the list.

The Department also asked schools to review cases whose names were on the list but had not yet registered for admission.

Then the schools will make a list, assign personnel to contact and support parents, and notify the ward people's committee for coordination and mobilization.
