After the 2024 Land Law takes effect from August 1, 2024, the Provincial People's Committee has directed relevant departments and branches to advise and develop local regulations to implement the law. Contents related to compensation and site clearance include compensation, support, and resettlement when the State acquires land; unit prices for house and architectural construction and unit prices for trees, crops, and livestock used for compensation and support for damage when the State acquires land; support level of 70% when compensating, supporting, and resettling; regulations on support for training and job conversion when the State acquires land.

In addition, regulations on administrative procedures for receiving and handling land records; limits on recognition of land use rights, land allocation, land division, and land consolidation for each household and individual; regulations on other types of documents on land use rights issued before October 15, 1993; regulations on limits and decisions on land areas allocated to religious organizations and affiliated religious organizations in the province; land price tables and land price adjustment coefficient methods...

At the same time, draft resolutions of the Provincial People's Council and decisions of the Provincial People's Committee regulating land allocation and lease areas to implement land support policies for individuals who are ethnic minorities.

Based on the opinions of departments, branches and localities, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ha Sy Dong emphasized: After the 2024 Land Law takes effect, many regulations under local authority need to be issued soon for implementation to improve the effectiveness of state management of land, ensuring the rights of organizations, businesses and households.

Regarding specific contents, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Justice to promptly review the submission of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to promptly issue regulations on the limits of land use rights recognition, land allocation, land division, and land consolidation for each household and individual.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment shall promptly complete the draft resolution of the Provincial People's Council and the decision of the Provincial People's Committee regulating the area of ​​land allocation and land lease to implement the land support policy for individuals of ethnic minorities in the province.

Regarding regulations on other types of documents on land use rights issued before October 15, 1993, it is necessary to carefully review and consult localities on outstanding cases, propose solutions for handling; stipulate limits and decide on land areas allocated to religious organizations and affiliated religious organizations in the area, to be completed in 2024. During the period when the 5-year periodic land price list (2020-2024) in Quang Tri province has not been adjusted, from August 1, 2024, it is allowed to continue applying the adjustment coefficient (coefficient K).

Regarding land administrative procedures, the documents have been received but have not been implemented by the competent authority by August 1, 2024, and continue to be processed according to the provisions of the 2013 Land Law. The assigned departments and branches continue to speed up the progress of consulting and drafting work, and promptly submit them to the Provincial People's Committee for promulgation.
