The Department of Culture and Society, Provincial People's Council supervises at Cao Binh High School and Be Van Dan High School.

On the morning of March 27, the monitoring delegation of the Culture - Society Committee, Provincial People's Council came to monitor the implementation of Resolution No. 41 of the Provincial People's Council on regulations on collection fees, service fees, and support for educational activities other than tuition fees for public educational institutions in the province at Cao Binh High School and Be Van Dan High School, Cao Bang city.

Through monitoring, it is shown that schools have actively disseminated and popularized Resolution 41 and documents from higher levels guiding the implementation of the Resolution to all cadres, teachers, employees, and parents; developed specific and detailed plans for educational activities in the spirit of agreement and consensus with parents. Revenues and collection levels are in accordance with regulations, used for the right purposes, practically and effectively. Strictly comply with regulations on accounting documents, settlement of expenditures according to regulations. In the two school years 2023 - 2024 and 2024 - 2025, Cao Binh High School collected over 47 million VND according to Resolution 41; Be Van Dan High School collected over 190 million VND including revenues for field trips and uniform sewing, and made expenditures in accordance with regulations.

The schools proposed that the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee supplement some fees not yet included in the regulations to ensure consistency in fees and rates, facilitate the implementation of the 2018 General Education Program and serve teaching and learning activities.

Concluding the monitoring session, the Head of the Provincial People's Council's Culture and Social Committee requested that schools continue to promote the good aspects and overcome difficulties and limitations; do a good job of planning activities organized in the school years, reaching an agreement with parents on revenues and expenditures in activities; maintain the correct and sufficient collection according to the Resolution. He hoped that the parents' representative committee would continue to be a bridge between families and schools in accompanying, supervising, and creating favorable conditions for children to study in the best environment.
