In the first 6 months of the year, the Sa Pa Town Party Executive Committee continued to innovate leadership methods, strengthen unified leadership and direction throughout the Party Committee.
As a result, in the 22 main target groups to implement the Resolution of the 23rd Town Party Congress, 8 targets were completed at 100% or more; 8 targets were completed at 80% or more and have the potential to reach the finish line early; 6 targets were completed at 50% or more. In the 24 main target groups for 2024 according to Resolution 26 of the Sa Pa Town Party Committee, 5 target groups were completed at over 100%; 8 target groups were completed at over 90%...
At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and contributing opinions on the results of implementing socio-economic development targets in the first 6 months of the year; tasks and solutions for the last 6 months of 2024 and some other contents.
Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Trong Hai emphasized that 2024 is a breakthrough year, of great significance in successfully implementing the tasks and goals of the Resolution of the 23rd Town Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025 and 15 key projects of the Town Party Executive Committee associated with 18 projects of the province; therefore, the tasks of 2024 in general and the last 6 months of 2024 of Sa Pa town are very large, the volume is large, the town leaders need to be more drastic in the fields of land management, basic construction, site clearance, budget collection. Pay attention to implementing sustainable economic development projects in villages and hamlets... Urgently review the targets set by Party resolutions at all levels to have the basis and solutions for effective implementation, completing the set goals...
The conference voted to pass the Resolution with 8 contents; organized a ceremony to pay tribute and say goodbye to comrade Nguyen Huu Duc, former member of the Standing Committee of the Town Party Committee, Chairman of the Town Fatherland Front Committee, term XXII, 2019 - 2024, who retired according to the regime.
