Provincial People's Committee members approve contents within their authority

On the afternoon of October 17, the Provincial People's Committee held a meeting to approve the contents submitted to the Provincial People's Council meeting and the contents under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Pham Ngoc Nghi - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee. Attending the meeting were members of the Provincial People's Committee and representatives of relevant departments, branches and sectors.

At the meeting, members of the Provincial People's Committee reviewed, commented and approved the contents to be submitted to the upcoming Provincial People's Council meeting, including: Resolution amending and supplementing Article 4, Resolution No. 06/2022/NQ-HDND, dated July 20, 2022 of the Provincial People's Council stipulating principles, criteria and norms for allocating state budget capital to implement the National Target Program on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the period 2021 - 2030, Phase I: From 2021 to 2025 in Dak Lak province; Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Regulation on the mechanism for integrating capital sources and mobilizing other resources to implement national target programs in Dak Lak province, issued together with Resolution No. 04/2023/NQ-HDND.

The meeting of the Provincial People's Committee members also reviewed, commented on and approved the contents under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee, including: Decision on criteria for investment projects in the construction of commercial housing that must be implemented to build social housing in Dak Lak province; Decision on traffic conditions for fire fighting vehicles to perform fire fighting tasks at places where individuals build houses of 2 floors or more and with a scale of less than 20 apartments, each floor is designed and built for rent in Dak Lak province; Decision on promulgating regulations on limits for some types of land; other documents on land use rights before October 15, 1993; conditions and minimum areas for land division and land consolidation for each type of land in Dak Lak province.

Concluding the meeting, comrade Pham Ngoc Nghi - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the drafting units to absorb the opinions of the delegates at the meeting, promptly complete the draft so that the Provincial People's Committee can submit it to the Provincial People's Council for comments in the upcoming session.
