City: Honoring 38 outstanding cultural families

On the morning of June 23, the People's Committee of Thai Binh city held a conference to honor typical cultural families in 2023; deploy a plan to implement the project to improve the quality of the titles "Cultural Family", "Cultural Village", "Cultural Neighborhood"; plan to implement the project to propagate and educate ethics and lifestyle in families in Thai Binh province.

City leaders awarded certificates of merit to exemplary cultural families.

In recent times, the movement to build cultural families in the city has developed extensively, has spread widely, and has improved quality, contributing to socio-economic development, maintaining political security and social order and safety. In 2022, 98% of families in the city registered to build cultural families; through evaluation, nearly 59,000 families met the standards, accounting for 92.7% of the total number of families. Typical examples include Tran Hung Dao, De Tham, Quang Trung wards, Dong Tho commune, etc.

Through the implementation of the movement to build cultural families, it has promoted and improved the effectiveness of emulation movements of sectors, organizations and localities; the activities of clubs and self-management models have been maintained and developed; there are 57 sustainable family clubs, 84 groups to prevent and combat domestic violence, 187 trusted addresses in the community...

City leaders awarded certificates of merit to exemplary cultural families.

At the conference, the City People's Committee commended and rewarded 38 exemplary cultural families in 2023.
