At THACO, human resources are always considered the greatest asset and the foundation for sustainable development of the enterprise. Therefore, the Group focuses on building training programs to improve the expertise, professionalism and important skills of employees.
Through integration training sessions, publishing media publications and internal regulations , THACO has promoted the cultural value of discipline to each employee, thereby promoting and spreading good values, forming a "Cultural - Convenient" working environment.
Opportunity to learn and advance
In the first 5 months of this year, THACO has implemented more than 700 training courses from theory to practice and seminars, creating conditions for employees to exchange and learn from experiences. It is expected that in 2024, THACO will train nearly 2,500 courses for personnel across the system.
THACO organizes many training courses, seminars, and workshops to improve knowledge and soft skills for employees.

THACO participates in the 2024 Job Fair - Business Connection at the University of Finance and Accounting
With the goal of recruiting nearly 15,000 employees in 2024, THACO has been promoting training cooperation programs and participating in Job Fairs at universities. At the same time, THACO and its member corporations also organize internships and jobs for students, thereby creating opportunities for students to develop practical skills, nurture talents and build a new generation of human resources with high management skills and professional qualifications.
Taking care of employees' lives throughout the system
In 2024, in the context of many economic fluctuations, many businesses had to cut labor, but THACO still maintained production and business activities, ensuring jobs and stable income for employees. The Group implemented a public and transparent salary and bonus policy; social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance were also implemented in accordance with the law. Along with the above remuneration policy, THACO also built other welfare regimes to take care of the lives of employees and their relatives.
THACO held a ceremony to honor employees' children who study well and live well.
Every year, the Group organizes awards for individuals and groups with outstanding achievements; organizes cultural, artistic, physical education and sports activities (Sports Festival Connecting Strength - Connecting Success, International Women's Day...); innovation competitions... In addition, THACO also organizes programs to care for employees' children such as: International Children's Day; Mid-Autumn Festival; commend employees' children for Good Study - Good Living... In particular, THACO also builds spacious housing areas for workers in Chu Lai and THACO AGRI Agricultural Complex.
From 2019 to present, the Group has handed over 288 houses at Koun Mom Industrial Park, 112 houses at Snuol Industrial Park, 256 houses at Ia Puch Industrial Park and 1962 houses at HAGL AGRICO Laos Industrial Park, and at the same time implemented the construction of convenience stores, vegetable gardens, and soccer fields to serve the activities of employees.
