The conference gave opinions on adjusting the Medium-term Public Investment Plan for the local budget for the period 2021-2025. Tuyen Quang province arranged to implement the project of Building landscape, campus and pedestal of Uncle Ho statue under the project of building "Uncle Ho Monument in Tan Trao".

The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that this is an important project, honoring and praising the life and revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh; expressing Uncle Ho's feelings for the People and the People's feelings for Uncle Ho; educating the revolutionary tradition for the younger generation... The province strives to complete it by August 19, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the country. He requested the Provincial People's Committee and sectors to focus resources on implementing the project contents and submit them to competent authorities for decision.

The Provincial Party Standing Committee Conference also gave opinions on the following contents: Proposing tasks and funding for implementing the National Target Program on Cultural Development for the 2025-2030 period in Tuyen Quang province; adjusting the State budget public investment plan to implement the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development for Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas of Tuyen Quang province, 2021-2025 period; abolishing Resolution No. 05, dated July 6, 2023 of the Provincial People's Council stipulating the level of expenditure for organizing the implementation of compensation, support, resettlement and compulsory inventory, compulsory land recovery when the State recovers land in Tuyen Quang province and many other important contents presented at the conference.
