Strengthening support for women in starting businesses

The plan is implemented to promote and spread the spirit of entrepreneurship and start-ups among women in the province; create favorable conditions for members, women, disadvantaged women, with startup ideas to realize business ideas; promote and develop products with applications of science and technology, green transformation innovation, typical products, OCOP products in the locality. At the same time, raise awareness and knowledge for female traders and women entrepreneurs about business law; commercial civilization; food quality and safety; green, circular and sustainable business models; skills in applying digital transformation to serve production and business.

The plan sets out the following goals for 2025: 100% of women's union officials at all levels and 90% of officials from departments and sectors participating in the project implementation will have their awareness and methods of supporting women in starting a business and developing their businesses raised; 80% of union members and women will be educated and have their awareness raised about employment and starting a business; at least 150 women will be supported with training and knowledge on starting a business and starting a business. In addition, 1 cooperative will be established or managed by women; 10 newly established businesses will be managed by women and at least 50 business households owned by women will be consulted and supported in business development.

To achieve the above goals, the plan proposes solutions such as: Promoting propaganda and mobilizing women members to raise awareness about entrepreneurship, starting a business and participating in economic development; consolidating and improving the quality of activities of models and startup ideas of members and women; organizing activities to support women in innovation in entrepreneurship and starting a business; improving resources to support women in participating in economic development, building effective business and startup plans; improving the capacity of the association's staff to carry out the task of supporting women, enhancing economic empowerment, etc.
