Previously, Dan Tri reported that at around 8:20 p.m. on November 18, in Gia Nghia City, the interdisciplinary working group of Dak Nong Provincial Police checked the alcohol concentration of NXĐ. (driving a motorbike with license plate 48E1-342.00), at this time P. (the owner of the motorbike) was sitting behind.
Through testing, D. had an alcohol concentration exceeding 0.4 milligrams/liter of breath, so the authorities drew up a record to handle it according to regulations.

NHP then asked permission to take things from the trunk again. However, after opening the seat, P. suddenly opened the gas tank cap, took out a lighter and set his own bike on fire.
Discovering the incident, a traffic police officer grabbed P.'s hand to grab a lighter and stop him, but it was too late. The motorbike was completely burned down.
