Specifically, the Ministry of Information and Communications will make a list, on that basis, assess the level of violation of ethical standards in the code of conduct.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will have a form of information, coordinate with relevant agencies, press and television agencies on controlling the image and presence of artists on mass media, in social activities and advertising in a comprehensive manner.

The coordination process between the two ministries on this matter is in the process of being completed, expected to be completed by the end of this year, and stricter measures will be taken against artists who advertise falsely.

We hope that this process, together with legal regulations and administrative sanctions related to the industry's fields, will once again create a sense of responsibility among participants, especially artists who have a great impact on society.

From there, they are aware of their behavior and mission when carrying out activities, especially those related to advertising and speaking on media, especially on social networks," Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son emphasized.

Raising the target of international visitors to Vietnam in 2023 to 13 million is feasible

Reporting at the regular press conference of the third quarter of 2023, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism informed that in the tourism sector, data for the first 9 months of 2023 showed that the total number of international tourists was estimated at more than 8.8 million, domestic tourists were estimated at 93.5 million, and total revenue from tourists was estimated at 536,500 billion VND.
