Sharing with compatriots to overcome difficulties

On November 7, Mr. Vu Chi Hoa, Deputy Head of the Movement Department of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, received support for people in the Northern provinces to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3 from Dr. Phung Thi Hoa, owner of Thuan Hoa Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic, in the amount of 100 million VND.

Mr. Vu Chi Hoa, Deputy Head of the Movement Department of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, received support from Doctor Phung Thi Hoa.

Presenting the donation to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Dr. Phung Thi Hoa shared her emotions when witnessing the heartbreaking images that people in the Northern provinces had to go through during the recent storms and floods; as well as expressing sympathy and sharing with the people in the flooded areas.

"Having devoted myself to the profession of treating and saving people for many years, now witnessing the people of the Northern provinces suffering many losses and pain caused by storm No. 3, I wish to contribute a little bit of my heart, hoping that people will soon overcome this difficult period," Ms. Phung Thi Hoa shared.

Expressing his gratitude for the noble gesture of Ms. Phung Thi Hoa, Mr. Vu Chi Hoa, Deputy Head of the Movement Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, affirmed that this source of support funding is a great encouragement to help people in the Northern provinces overcome difficulties, overcome damage after the storm, and quickly rebuild their lives; at the same time, he committed that the support money will be used by the Central Relief Mobilization Committee for the right purposes, requirements and publicly in accordance with the provisions of law.

On the same day, Mr. Nguyen Van Hanh, Deputy Chief of Office of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, received support from the Vietnam - Russia Friendship Association in the amount of 85 million VND.

Representatives of the Vietnam - Russia Friendship Association presented support at the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front including Mr. Nguyen Dang Phat, Vice President and General Secretary of the Vietnam - Russia Friendship Association; Mr. Tran Van Tam, Standing Member, Deputy General Secretary in charge of Vietnam - Russia Economic Cooperation, Vietnam - Russia Friendship Association; Mr. Tran Duc Hieu, Deputy General Secretary of the Vietnam - Russia Friendship Association.

Receiving the donation, Mr. Nguyen Van Hanh, Deputy Chief of Office of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, affirmed that the joint support of the Vietnam - Russia Friendship Association demonstrated patriotism, solidarity, and the spirit of joining hands and contributing resources in a timely manner, helping people quickly overcome the consequences of storm No. 3, helping people soon stabilize their lives; at the same time, he committed that the donation will be used by the Central Relief Mobilization Committee for the right purposes, requirements and publicly in accordance with the provisions of law; and allocated promptly, transparently, to the right people, at the right addresses in the localities affected by storm No. 3.
