The total investment of the project is 9,361 billion VND, invested by Project Management Board 6 (Ministry of Construction), constructed by the Consortium of Cienco4 Group Joint Stock Company - Corporation 36 - Joint Stock Company - Truong Son Construction Investment Joint Stock Company - Joint Stock Company 471 - Trung Chinh Trading and Construction Limited Liability Company - Truong Son Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.

Workers were mobilized to work through the night to finish the project 6 months ahead of schedule.

The Bung - Van Ninh project has a starting point at Km625+000, connecting with the end point of the component project section Vung Ang - Bung, in Cu Nam commune (Bo Trach district), the end point is at Km674+556, connecting with the starting point of the component project section Van Ninh - Cam Lo, in Van Ninh commune (Quang Ninh district), with a route length of 48.84km.

Some previously stuck sections of land clearance in Le Thuy district have been accelerated by the contractor and asphalt paving.
