Ministry of Industry and Trade launches Vietnam National Brand Week

On the morning of April 16, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Industry and Trade launched the Vietnam National Brand Week and organized the Vietnam National Brand Forum 2025.

This is an important event to honor Vietnamese enterprises with prestigious products and services in the market. The event not only recognizes the contributions of enterprises in improving product quality but also contributes to affirming the value of Vietnamese brands in the domestic and international markets.

With the theme "Breakthrough from innovation and creativity", Vietnam National Brand Week 2025 emphasizes the role of innovation in business development strategy.

At the event, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam National Brand Council said that national brand is an intangible asset with strategic value, reflecting the overall competitiveness and position of a country in the integration process.

According to Brand Finance, in recent years, Vietnam's National Brand has made great strides. Vietnam is not only in the Top 100 countries with strong brands, but also the country with the fastest growth rate in brand value in the world in the period 2019-2022.

Vietnam's brand value in 2024 ranked 32nd out of 193 countries assessed, reaching 507 billion USD, up 1 place in ranking and 2% in value compared to 2023.

With core values: Quality - Innovation - Pioneering capacity, the Vietnam National Brand Program has contributed to supporting businesses in building strong brands, enhancing the reputation of Vietnamese goods and services in the international market.

In particular, in the context of transforming the growth model based on science - technology and innovation, the role of national brands becomes more urgent. This year's forum with the theme "Vietnam's national brand - Breakthrough from innovation and creativity" continues to affirm strategic thinking and long-term vision in building national brands in the new era.

The forum is an opportunity for management agencies, experts, scientists and the domestic and foreign business community to exchange, share experiences and create solutions to enhance the capacity of Vietnamese brands globally.

Vietnam National Brand Week 2025 will take place until April 21.
