After the shocking auction, Thanh Oai district is about to auction 58 more land lots.

Thanh Oai District (Hanoi) has just announced the auction of land use rights for 58 plots of land in Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man areas (belonging to ONT-07 and ONT-08 rows), in Van Quan village, Do Dong commune.

Specifically, the land lots have an area of ​​76.55m2 to 189.73m2; starting price is 5.3 million VND/m2, equivalent to nearly 406 million VND to more than 1 billion VND per lot. Customers participating in the land auction must pay in advance about 81-201 million VND. The form of auction for each land lot is by direct secret ballot once. The auction is expected to be held on the morning of October 5.

In addition, Thanh Oai District People's Committee is also looking for a unit to organize the third auction of land use rights for 73 plots of land in Man Ca, Man Cong, and Ma Man areas. Lot 01 (ONT-01) denotes plots from 01 to 20; Lot 02 (ONT-02) denotes plots from 21 to 49; Lot 03 (ONT-03) denotes plots from 50 to 73. The total area of ​​the plots is over 7,647 m2, with a starting price of VND5.3 million/m2.

Previously, on August 29, Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company announced the temporary suspension of the auction of land use rights for 57 plots of land in the Dam area, Muc Xa village, Cao Duong commune, Thanh Oai district (phase 1). The plots of land range in area from 74.63 m2 to 134.69 m2, with starting prices increasing to VND8.8 million/m2, equivalent to VND660 million to nearly VND1.2 billion/plot.

The reason for the temporary suspension of the auction is that on August 29, the People's Committee of Thanh Oai district issued Official Letter No. 2421 on the temporary suspension of the auction of land use rights for 114 plots of land in Cao Duong commune. Accordingly, customers who have registered to participate in the auction will have their application fees refunded.

Previously, on August 10, Thanh Oai district successfully organized an auction of 68 land plots in Ngo Ba area, Thanh Than village, Thanh Cao commune (Thanh Oai, Hanoi), with an area of ​​60-85m2 with starting prices from VND8.6 million/m2 to VND12.5 million/m2. The auction attracted 4,600 applications, but only 4,201 qualified applications from 1,545 people.

Notably, at the end of the auction, the corner lot with the highest winning price was nearly 100.5 million VND/m2, 8 times higher than the starting price. The regular lots had winning prices of 63-80 million VND/m2, 5 to 6.4 times higher than the starting price.

However, speaking to Dan Tri reporter on the afternoon of September 9 , Mr. Nguyen Cong Quang - Director of the Land Fund Development Center of Thanh Oai district (Hanoi) - said that with the auction of 68 land plots in Ngo Ba area, Thanh Than village, Thanh Cao commune, currently only 13 plots have paid in full. All of these plots have low winning prices. The plot of land with a winning price of more than 100 million VND/m2 has not yet paid.
