On the afternoon of November 8, at Hung Son commune, Trang Dinh district, Lang Son province, the District Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee of Trang Dinh district organized a preliminary summary of the peak emulation period and the campaign "Hand over land first, receive compensation later" in site clearance (GPMB) of the Dong Dang (Lang Son) - Tra Linh (Cao Bang) expressway project in the district.

With propaganda and mobilization work, currently nearly 100% of people affected by the project in Trang Dinh have received compensation and handed over the project construction site.

According to the report, the project section through Trang Dinh district has a total length of 27.13km, with a total land use area of ​​about 194.47ha, passing through 5 communes, and the number of affected households: 886 households. Trang Dinh District Party Committee has directed the entire political system, assigning forces in the direction of clear people, clear work, clear time. The locality organized and launched a peak emulation campaign to carry out site clearance work and the campaign "Hand over land first - receive compensation later".

Mr. Hoang Anh Dung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for Land Acquisition and Clearance of Trang Dinh District - said: The Steering Committee for Land Acquisition and Clearance of Trang Dinh District assigned specific tasks to each propaganda and mobilization group to each household and individual who still showed signs of concern and anxiety, and did not have a clear understanding to carry out individual propaganda and mobilization. As a result, the district level carried out 63 propaganda campaigns. In the land acquisition and clearance work, the locality always carried out with the motto "close to the people, close to the people" to promptly grasp the legitimate thoughts and aspirations of the people.

“Being close to the people in the land acquisition and clearance work is extremely important, through which we will grasp the aspirations of the people. The working group always sticks closely with the people to propagate and mobilize, to see if there are any remaining concerns or problems in order to have clear, specific and detailed explanations from the compensation unit price, or policy mechanism... Up to now, basically all households understand, agree and support the project, contributing to the smooth implementation of the project", Mr. Hoang Anh Dung emphasized.

Up to now, the district has measured and counted 100% of the total land area recovered for the project; made 50% advance payment with a total amount of 41.47 billion VND to 365 households and individuals. 882/886 households have been mobilized to hand over the site to the construction unit, the route length has been handed over 27.02/27.13km (99.59%), basically completing the target plan assigned by the province.
