The Department of Inspection of Legal Documents (Ministry of Justice) held a meeting with representatives of 7 ministries including the Ministry of Planning and Investment, Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of National Defense to review and assess difficulties and inadequacies in current regulations on the implementation process of investment projects using land.
Speaking at the meeting, Director of the Department of Inspection of Legal Normative Documents (QPPL) Ho Quang Huy said that this is a complicated issue, directly affecting investment and business activities and the state management functions of ministries and branches.
Therefore, it is extremely necessary for relevant agencies and units to review, analyze, and evaluate the issue carefully, comprehensively, and holistically, bringing practical value.
Based on the meeting results, the Ministry of Justice and other ministries and branches will continue to research and report to the Steering Committee for consideration, promptly giving directions to remove and unblock institutional, process and procedure bottlenecks for people and businesses, creating motivation, promoting growth, controlling inflation and stabilizing the macro-economy.
At the same time, it still ensures the effectiveness and efficiency of state management, in accordance with the current functions and tasks of each ministry and sector.
Based on the report on the synthesis results, initial research and modeling of the implementation process of investment projects using land presented by the representative of the Department of Inspection of Legal Documents, the majority of delegates attending the meeting agreed on the need to carefully review the entire process to detect problems arising in each stage and phase of the implementation process of investment projects using land.
From there, identify the legal issues that need to be handled, group them and specify the criteria to form appropriate handling plans. Relevant ministries and branches have directly reviewed projects under their authority, and at the same time coordinated with other ministries and agencies to study and consider specific and synchronous adjustment measures.
