(Dan Tri) - Kim Dong, An Thi and Phu Cu districts (Hung Yen province) will auction 299 land lots at the end of March.
On March 22, Kim Dong district (Hung Yen province) will auction 68 plots of land for people to build houses in Chinh Nghia commune. The plots of land have an area of 83-85 m2/plot with a starting price of 17-20 million VND/m2. Customers participating in the auction need to deposit an amount from 289 million VND to nearly 342 million VND.
On March 23, An Thi district (Hung Yen province) will organize an auction of the right to use 25 plots of land for people to build houses in Hoang Hoa Tham commune. The plots of land have an area of 86-134m2/plot with a starting price of 21-27 million VND/m2. Customers participating in the auction need to deposit an amount of 395-555 million VND.
On March 28, Kim Dong District (Hung Yen Province) will also organize an auction of the right to use 70 plots of land for people to build houses in Ngoc Thanh Commune Residential Area. The plots of land have an area of 105-233m2, the starting price for the plots is 15 million VND/m2. Customers participating in the auction will deposit from 315 million VND to 838.8 million VND.
On March 29, Phu Cu district (Hung Yen province) held an auction of the right to use 136 plots of land for people to build houses in the New Residential Area of Tien Tien commune. The plots of land have an area of 85-201m2, starting price of 10.5-13.4 million VND/m2. The auction was held at the Cultural House of Tien Tien commune.

Previously, An Thi, Phu Cu and Khoai Chau districts also announced the auction of 408 land lots in March.
On March 5, the People's Committee of Dan Tien Commune (Khoai Chau District, Hung Yen Province) organized an auction of the right to use 41 plots of land for people to build houses and create capital for infrastructure construction. The plots of land have an area of 74-133m2/plot with a starting price of 25-48 million VND/m2. Participants need to pay a deposit of 380 million VND to more than 1.2 billion VND.
As a result, all plots of land were successfully auctioned. Of which, the plot with the highest winning price reached over 158 million VND/m2, nearly 3.3 times higher than the starting price. According to Dan Tri reporter's investigation, the plot with the highest price had an area of 103m2, with a total value of about 16 billion VND.
The plot of land with the lowest winning price of over 66 million VND/m2 is also different from the starting price of over 40 million VND/m2.
