On the afternoon of April 15, delegations of provincial leaders continued to visit and celebrate Chol Chnam Thmay at pagodas and Khmer people in the province.
*In Thoi Binh district, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai and his delegation visited and wished a happy new year to the family of Ms. Huu Thi Lan, Hamlet 11, Thoi Binh commune.

Ms. Huu Thi Lan is severely disabled and has a family of 6 members. Ms. Lan's family received 60 million VND in support from the temporary housing program, and relatives lent her an additional 20 million VND to complete the house in time for Tet.
Visiting Mrs. Huu Thi Lan's family, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai encouraged her children and grandchildren to try to take care of Mrs. Lan's health and work hard to overcome difficulties.
Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai affirmed that in socio-economic development, Ca Mau prioritizes allocating all resources to invest in developing ethnic minority areas, taking care of policy families, poor and disadvantaged households; at the same time, focusing on preserving and promoting national cultural identity, contributing to improving the quality of life of the people.
Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai hopes that local authorities will continue to care for and help Khmer people develop their economy and stabilize their lives.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai encouraged the family's children to try to take care of Mrs. Lan's health and work hard to overcome difficulties.
Implementing the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, Thoi Binh district has so far started construction on 534/725 houses, reaching 73.66%, of which 289 houses have been completed, striving to complete the program by the end of June 2025. In particular, the district has accelerated the progress of completing 29/29 houses for Khmer families to celebrate Chol Chnam Thmay.
*In Tran Van Thoi district, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Hien led the delegation to visit, present Tet gifts, and congratulate monks, nuns, and Khmer Buddhists at Rach Cui Pagoda (Khanh Binh Dong Commune) and Tam Hiep Pagoda (Tran Hoi Commune).
Joining the delegation were representatives of the leadership of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions and leaders of Tran Van Thoi district.
The warm and sincere Tet atmosphere between the New Year greetings of provincial leaders, local authorities and Khmer Buddhists at Rach Cui Pagoda.

Excited by the atmosphere of the Khmer people celebrating Tet, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Hien expressed his joy at the contributions of the Khmer people to the province's outstanding achievements in the fields of economic, social, national defense and security development. He emphasized that during the resistance war as well as during the period of building and developing the homeland, the Khmer people have promoted the tradition of solidarity, creating strength to contribute to the development of Ca Mau province.

Representatives of the abbots of the pagodas thanked the Party and authorities at all levels in the province for their attention and affection for the Khmer people. At the same time, they affirmed that religious dignitaries and Buddhists of the Khmer people will always accompany the Party committees and authorities at all levels in building and developing the homeland, building the great national unity bloc, and preserving the national cultural identity.
On this occasion, the delegation presented gifts to the temple, abbots, Board of Directors, and Propagation Board.
*At the same time, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Phan Hoang Vu and the delegation visited Cao Dan Pagoda, Tan Loc Commune and Dau Nai Pagoda, Tan Loc Bac Commune, Thoi Binh District.
