Continuing the 8th Session, on the morning of November 29, the National Assembly voted to pass the Law on Geology and Minerals. The National Assembly voted to pass the Law on Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue. Delegates discussed in the hall the draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Supervision Activities of the National Assembly and People's Councils. Chairman of the National Assembly's Ethnic Council Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam explained and clarified a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies. In the afternoon of the same day, the National Assembly voted to pass the Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Securities Law, the Accounting Law, the Independent Audit Law, the State Budget Law, the Law on Management and Use of Public Assets, the Tax Administration Law and the Law on National Reserves. Voted to pass the Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Planning, the Investment Law, the Law on Investment under the Public-Private Partnership Form and the Law on Bidding. The National Assembly voted to pass the Law on Public Investment (amended). National Assembly deputies discussed in the hall the draft Law on Management and Investment of State Capital in Enterprises. Government representatives explained and clarified a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies.
