The Vietnamese team will meet Laos in the opening match of the final qualifying round of the 2027 Asian Cup at Go Dau Stadium (Binh Duong) at 7:30 p.m. tonight (March 25).

Compared to the friendly match with Cambodia on March 19, coach Kim Sang Sik made 5 changes to the starting lineup for the official match against Laos. Accordingly, the 5 players who had to sit out were Quang Hai, Pham Tuan Hai, Doan Ngoc Tan, Van Thanh and Trieu Viet Hung.
