From the hero who emerged at the U23 Asian Cup in Changzhou, to the star of the Vietnamese national team, how does Quang Hai feel his life has changed? - I think my life has changed a lot after the U23 Asian Cup. I am known and loved by more people. But now, everything has returned to normal. I really appreciate everyone's love and feel that I need to try harder to repay the love of my fans. Does Quang Hai feel the pressure of being famous? - When many people know me and give me love, I have the responsibility not to let them down. I will try harder in my work so that my fans will always love me. I want to bring a lot of joy to everyone.

Quang Hai has had a difficult year in Europe. What was his psychological development and mental struggle like? How did he overcome so much pressure? - At the time I went abroad to compete, I was 25 years old. At that age, I knew how to overcome difficulties. When I went abroad to compete, I went through many extremely difficult times because I had to adapt to a new environment. Everything was so new to me. However, I am the type of person who likes to experience and wants to jump into challenges. Therefore, I feel that the past challenges are very good for me in the upcoming journey. What did Quang Hai find most difficult in his journey to compete abroad? - After a year abroad, I think the most difficult thing was the cultural difference. If I had stayed a few more years, I think everything would have been better and I could have integrated. When I lived alone in France, I understood that I had to adapt, integrate and overcome difficulties. A player's life is very short. Experiencing new things is a valuable asset for me. But I want to play more football and live my passion. That is why I decided to return to Vietnam to compete.

In difficult times, will Quang Hai choose to overcome it himself or stay with his family? - With my personality, whenever I encounter difficulties, I usually overcome them myself and do not want to tell my family. Although I know that when I speak my mind, my family will find a way to help and motivate me. But I do not want to share my difficulties with my family. I just want them to enjoy the good things I bring. How does a day in Europe for Quang Hai go? My days are quite similar. After waking up, I usually do everything by myself. Then, I go to Pau FC's training ground. If I have free time in the afternoon, I will spend more time for myself. I also often call my family. Has Quang Hai ever thought that he would change? - I always want to be myself, always be Quang Hai no matter what the circumstances. I always want to move forward, contribute my best and bring joy to those around me. According to Quang Hai, what is the biggest difference between the football environment in Europe and Vietnam? - I think there are many differences. For example, training intensity, nutrition, training equipment.

Has a year of playing in Europe changed Quang Hai's football mindset? - When I went to France to play football, I tried to adapt as quickly as possible. I have my own strengths and weaknesses. I don't have a good physique. Therefore, I tried to promote my strengths. So is everything at the Hanoi Police Club favorable for Quang Hai? - When I first returned to Vietnam, I encountered a few difficulties, but now I feel very good, from the accommodation, the leaders, the coach to my teammates. Next month, the Vietnamese team will compete in the 2023 Asian Cup. How does Quang Hai assess the team's chances? - This is the time when the Vietnamese team is led by a new coach. Everything is just at the beginning. To enter a tournament, preparation is very important. In the coming time, the whole team will focus on preparing for the tournament. I think the Vietnamese team will have to work very hard to be able to go deep in the Asian Cup.

So how did my family and "special person" help Quang Hai overcome difficulties? - When I was in Europe, I always had to do everything alone.
