At the conference, the editorial board reported a summary of the progress of the congress's political report. Accordingly, to draft the political report, the editorial board selected and included in the document the most general contents of each specific field, based on the summary reports of the term of the Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee, through scientific seminars, as well as experience learning sessions of units outside the province...

In terms of capacity, layout, theme, congress motto, key tasks, and strategic breakthrough tasks, the document is built and arranged in a relatively reasonable and scientific manner. A notable highlight is that the document content is no more than 40 A4 pages long, of which the part evaluating the results of the 2020-2025 term only accounts for 1/3 of the capacity, the rest focuses on the directions and tasks for the 2025-2030 term. The new feature of the document is divided into 12 major sections that need to be strived for in the new term...
