(NLDO) - According to local residents, the deceased man lived alone in the house and showed signs of depression.
On March 11, Ho Chi Minh City police are investigating the discovery of a man dead by hanging.

At around 8:30 p.m. on March 10, residents living in alley 170, Hoa Hung Street, Ward 13, District 10, heard loud screams. They ran to the house and smelled a burning smell and smoke coming from a house whose door was locked from the inside.
They tried to break the door but failed so they called the authorities.
Police from Ward 13 then arrived at the scene and broke down the door. Initial investigation of the scene showed that there was an open gas tank and signs of fire on the ground floor.
On the first floor, police discovered a man (46 years old) dead by hanging.
According to locals, the man lived alone in the house above and showed signs of depression.
