With the theme “Francophone and Culture of Sharing”, the competition is a playground for young French speakers in Vietnam and around the world to share and discuss cultural diversity, one of the top priorities of the Francophone Community. The competition will also help contestants demonstrate their efforts and initiatives through French writing skills, thereby conveying the vitality of this language.

The contest is organized under the main sponsorship of the Asia-Pacific Regional Representative Office (REPAP) of the International Organization of the Francophone (OIF) and the Vietnam News Agency, as well as the support of the Francophone University Organization (AUF), the Wallonie-Bruxelles Delegation, the Group of French-speaking Embassies and International Delegations in Vietnam (GADIF), universities in the Francophone bloc, etc.

Entries must not have been published in any media, both domestically and internationally. Authors or groups of authors must ensure their copyright for the entries. Eligible entries are those that do not violate the regulations and laws of the Vietnamese State, and do not go against the fine customs and national culture.

The submission period is from August 1 to August 31. Twenty finalists will be published from October 10 to October 29 on the online newspaper https://lecourrier.vn for readers to vote. The award ceremony is scheduled to take place on November 10, 2023.

The Organizing Committee will award 3 official prizes: 1 First Prize (1 laptop worth 20 million VND), 1 Second Prize (1 tablet worth 10 million VND), 1 Third Prize (1 smartphone worth 5 million VND). In addition, the Organizing Committee will award a number of consolation prizes and other secondary prizes such as Readers' Choice Award, Talented Student Award, Impressive Contestant Award, etc.
