Male student from Tien Giang district school enters the final round of Road to Olympia 2025

Winning the final match in the second quarter with 290 points, Nguyen Nhut Lam, class 11A1, Cai Be High School, Tien Giang province, became the second name to participate in the final match of the Road to Olympia 2025.

This is the second Olympia final television bridge after 11 years of Tien Giang province and the first time of Cai Be High School.

The second quarter match of the Road to Olympia 2025 program had the participation of 4 contestants: Nguyen Nhut Lam (Cai Be High School, Tien Giang), Hoang Xuan Loc (Quoc Oai High School, Hanoi ), Nguyen Duy Anh (Chu Van An High School for the Gifted, Hanoi) and Huynh Nguyen Anh Phuong (Ly Tu Trong High School for the Gifted, Can Tho).

In the individual Warm-up round, Nhut Lam won 30 points, Anh Phuong 50 points, Duy Anh 50 points and Xuan Loc 40 points. In the general Warm-up round, Duy Anh continuously scored points with quick and accurate answers and took the lead. At the end of the Warm-up round, Duy Anh had 100 points, Xuan Loc 60 points, Anh Phuong 50 points and Nhut Lam 40 points.

In the Obstacle Course section, the program gives a mystery obstacle consisting of 13 letters, along with 4 horizontal words of suggestion, equivalent to 4 pieces of the picture puzzle.

As soon as the first horizontal word and clue were revealed, Nhut Lam won the right to answer the keyword " military service". The male student said that by stringing together the existing clues, along with his modest score after round 1, he decided to "take a risk" to give the answer.

Finally, the correct answer to the keyword "military service" helped Nhut Lam take the lead in the mountain climbing group after the Obstacle Course with 110 points. Duy Anh followed closely with 105 points.

The acceleration part was quite exciting when the contestants participating in the second quarter match continuously had correct answers in a short time, making the scores close together. In the last question, Duy Anh achieved the highest score. The male student from Chu Van An High School for the Gifted, Hanoi rose to the top with 195 points, followed by Nhut Lam with 180 points, Xuan Loc with 150 points, Anh Phuong with 100 points.

In the Finish Line round, Duy Anh competed first and chose the 3-question package worth 20 points. The male student answered the first question incorrectly, the second and third questions correctly, ending the competition with 235 points.

As the second contestant to enter the Finishing round, Nhut Lam chose the 20 - 20 - 30 point question package. The male student from Tien Giang answered 1 question correctly, temporarily ending the individual round with 200 points.

The two male students continued to compete fiercely as they continuously fought for the right to answer in Xuan Loc and Anh Phuong's part. Luck smiled on Nhut Lam when Xuan Loc and Anh Phuong failed to answer any history questions. His knowledge of history helped the Tien Giang male student win the final round with 290 points. Duy Anh came in second with 245 points. Xuan Loc and Anh Phuong both won third place.

Previously, the first name to appear in the final round of the Road to Olympia 2025 was Le Quang Duy Khoa, a student at Quoc Hoc High School for the Gifted, Hue City - the champion of the first quarter. The remaining two contestants will be determined in the third and fourth quarter matches.
