TPO - The Vietnam Road Administration has just adjusted the temporary traffic organization plan for the Cau Gie - Ninh Binh expressway from today (July 17), to ensure safety during the construction of phase 2 of the Phu Thu intersection investment project and the connecting road in Tien Hiep commune, Phu Ly city, Ha Nam.
Vietnam Expressway Corporation (VEC) announced the temporary traffic diversion and organization time for Cau Gie - Ninh Binh Expressway (section Km225+900-Km227+500) from July 17.

According to the plan, for vehicles traveling from Hanoi to Ninh Binh on the highway, when seeing the sign R.301d "vehicles are only allowed to turn right" (at Km225+920), turn right onto the highway entrance section (newly built section), then go another 900m, when seeing the sign "highway exit; rest stop entrance" (at Km226+840), vehicles choose 1 of 2 directions to go to Ninh Binh.
Specifically, for vehicles not entering the rest stop: Choose the direction indicated by the “highway exit” to exit the highway to Ninh Binh. For vehicles entering the rest stop: Choose the direction indicated by the “highway entrance” to enter the rest stop, after using the rest stop service, continue following the connecting branch to exit the highway to Ninh Binh.
Similarly, for vehicles traveling from Ninh Binh to Hanoi on the highway, when seeing the sign R.301d "vehicles are only allowed to turn right" (at Km227+400), turn right onto the highway entrance section (newly built section), then go another 50m, when seeing the sign "Exit to the highway; Entrance to the rest stop" (at Km227+300), the vehicles choose 1 of 2 directions to return to Hanoi.
Specifically, for vehicles not entering the rest stop: Choose the direction indicated by the “highway exit” to exit the highway to Hanoi. For vehicles entering the rest stop: Choose the direction indicated by the “highway entrance” to enter the rest stop, after using the rest stop service, continue following the connecting branch to exit the highway to Hanoi.

Vehicles traveling on the highway at a speed of 120 km/h, when approaching the project construction area, gradually reduce speed according to instructions. The allowed speed when vehicles pass through the project construction area is not more than 60 km/h.
VEC recommends that vehicles traveling on the route, when encountering an incident or discovering an unusual incident or event, contact the operator at 1900 1838 (24/7) to receive and process information.
