Provincial People's Council directly supervises the enforcement of civil judgments in the period 2021-2024

The Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency (CEA) of Bac Kan province has 04 specialized departments and 08 CEA branches in districts and cities. In the period of 2021-2024, the CEA has carried out thousands of cases; the number of cases transferred to 2025 is 541; the number of cases of complicated cases is 06.

Comrade Luong Duc Thang, Standing Committee Member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, Head of the Provincial People's Council's Legal Committee, and the working delegation directly supervised the enforcement of civil judgments in the province.

In implementing the regulations on the organization of judgment enforcement, the whole province has received a total of 6,150 judgments and decisions assigned by the People's Court. The assignment of judgments and decisions is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 29 of the Law on Enforcement of Judgments. The organization of judgment enforcement for judgments with conditions for enforcement is carried out in accordance with the regulations, and thousands of cases have been executed. The agencies of enforcement of judgments have issued decisions to apply compulsory measures to enforce judgments for 130 cases. The management of revenue and expenditure for judgment enforcement is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Enforcement of Judgments and the decrees guiding its implementation. The organization of asset auctions; the consideration of exemption and reduction of judgment enforcement, the coordination with relevant agencies, etc. are carried out in accordance with the regulations, etc.

At the monitoring session, the Department of THADS pointed out difficulties, limitations and made proposals and recommendations on facilities, human resources, focusing on training and fostering for officials and civil servants, especially the enforcement team; amending a number of provisions in the Law on THADS due to problems and incompatibility with reality; needing to coordinate well with relevant agencies; supporting funding for some enforcement activities...

Speaking at the supervision session, Comrade Luong Duc Thang, Standing Committee member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, Head of the Provincial People's Council's Legal Committee, requested the Provincial THADS Department to proactively overcome difficulties and obstacles, continue to better perform the professional and political tasks of the sector in the locality; proactively advise local Party committees and authorities; improve the effectiveness of coordination with relevant levels, sectors and agencies in THADS work./.
