Roberto Cavalli has always been considered one of the legends, bringing great creations in the fashion world. The designer was born in 1940 in a small village in Tuscani (Italy).

Rest in peace. You will always be remembered, your name will continue to be an inspiration to many others, and especially to me."

Sharing about the passing of a global fashion icon on Instagram, designer Giorgio Armani affirmed that he always had "great respect" for Roberto Cavalli, and said, "Roberto was a true artist and great at using prints, capable of turning imagination into seductive clothing designs."
Roberto Cavalli's funeral will be held in Florence on April 15.
