Tonight (October 9), Mr. Le Quoc Duong confirmed that for the past 5 days, his family has been trying to find his daughter, Le Thi Minh Thu (16 years old, currently an 11th grade student at Nguyen Van Linh High School, District 8).
Mr. Duong's family reported their son's disappearance to the police in District 5, District 8 and Binh Tan District.
Over the past 3 days, the family has also posted information about Le Thi Minh Thu’s “disappearance” on social media to find clues. This information has been shared by many people but so far there has been no response.
Mr. Duong said that on the afternoon of October 4, Thu went to physical education class. When she left, Thu was wearing a physical education uniform, a blue-black plaid jacket, and driving a Sirius motorbike with license plate 93B1-812.46.
Since then, Thu has not returned home.
According to Mr. Duong, Thu "used a phone but since then has not been able to contact her, nor has she accessed her social media accounts. My child is a good student, and before she went missing like this, she showed no unusual signs."
It is known that Mr. Duong's family used to live in Binh Tan district, and he and his wife worked at a relative's facility in District 5. More than a year ago, the family moved to District 5 and Thu also transferred from Binh Tan district to Nguyen Van Linh High School, District 8.
Currently, the family and the police are searching for Le Thi Minh Thu. People with information about Thu can contact Mr. Le Quoc Duong at 0936196001.
