“This is most evident in the fields of public investment, land and real estate management, public equipment procurement, administrative procedures for investment in business development, and provision of services directly related to people and businesses,” said the Minister.
According to Ms. Tra, this situation has delayed and stalled public service activities, eroded and weakened the trust of people and businesses in state agencies, hindered development motivation and resources, affected all aspects of social life, especially the country's socio-economic development goals, especially in the context of our country's current difficulties.
