Regulations on maintaining security, order and safety during the Hung Kings' Commemoration Ceremony

Pursuant to Plan No. 414/KH-UBND, dated January 24, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on organizing the Hung Kings' death anniversary and the Cultural - Tourism Week of the Ancestral Land in the year of At Ty 2025, the Organizing Committee of the Hung Kings' death anniversary and the Cultural - Tourism Week of the Ancestral Land in 2025 has issued Internal regulations regulating the maintenance of security, order, safety, and implementation of civilized lifestyle at the Hung Temple historical relic area during the Hung Kings' death anniversary from March 29, 2025 to April 12, 2025 (ie from the 1st to the end of March 15, At Ty year).

Specifically, compatriots and tourists attending the Hung Kings' Commemoration Anniversary and the Cultural - Tourism Week of the Ancestral Land in the year of At Ty 2025 must strictly comply with regulations on security, order, safety of people, property, fire prevention at relics and Hung Temple National Forest.

Maintain good customs, wear formal, polite, and discreet clothing; walk lightly, speak softly, and remove hats and caps before entering temples and pagodas. Practice religious rituals according to traditional rituals and instructions from the Relic Site, and do not promote superstitious practices. The ceremony time should not exceed 20 minutes at each temple or pagoda.

We request that people with good intentions donate to the construction and renovation of Hung Temple, fill in donation slips, scan QR codes at donation counters, drop money in donation boxes or place them on plates on altars at temples and pagodas in the relic. Do not attach, lead, or put names on statues and worship objects; do not drop money into Ngoc Well, Co Well (Dragon Well) and scenic lakes in the relic area.

Do not pick flowers, break branches, burn incense to read the way; do not bring toxic chemicals, explosives, flammable substances, do not light fires, or throw cigarette butts into the forest areas in the relic. Maintain public hygiene, and put trash in the right place.

Vehicles entering the relic site must park in the right place according to the instructions of the staff on duty (with tags); the price of vehicle parking services is posted at the parking lots. We recommend that people be vigilant, pay attention to prevent and detect criminals who take advantage of crowds to commit robberies, pickpockets, etc. When buying food, souvenirs, using mat spreading services, electric car services or taking souvenir photos, you should carefully read the price list and negotiate the price before buying or using the service to avoid being overcharged.

Organizations and individuals participating in service and tourism activities must comply with the State's business regulations and fully implement the regulations of the Organizing Committee. The following acts are strictly prohibited: begging, alms-seeking, exchanging small change, trading or circulating books, newspapers, pictures, objects with reactionary content, inciting violence, superstition, dangerous objects, toys, films, pictures, publications that are not allowed to be circulated; street vendors, soliciting, brokering customers to buy goods; printing copies of photos without the consent of customers; stopping or parking electric vehicles in the wrong place.

To prepare and organize the solemn and dignified incense offering ceremony for the Hung Kings' death anniversary on March 10 according to national protocol, we request that our compatriots and those who do not have a duty do not go to Nghia Linh mountain area from 10:00 p.m. on March 9 to 9:00 a.m. on March 10, At Ty year (ie from 10:00 p.m. on April 6 to 9:00 a.m. on April 7, 2025).
