Reporting to Minister Nguyen Van Thang, Mr. Dinh Cong Minh - Director of Thang Long Project Management Board (investor of Bai Vot - Ham Nghi and Ham Nghi - Vung Ang expressway sections) said: The unit is in charge of constructing 2 expressway component projects with a total length of more than 89 km. Up to now, the land handover from the locality has reached over 98%, meeting construction requirements. Regarding the source of construction materials (VLXD) with 8 soil mines and 3 sand mines, it also contributes to the project being implemented on schedule.

According to Mr. Minh, during the construction process, the investor and contractor always received consensus and high support from authorities at all levels and people whose projects pass through.
With the site cleared and the source of construction materials cleared, the investor requested the contractor and the supervising consultant to mobilize maximum manpower and machinery to focus on construction. At this time, the construction progress basically meets the plan set by the Ministry of Transport.
Thang Long Project Management Board hopes that Ha Tinh will continue to handle the remaining problems of the site, especially the power line infrastructure. In addition, it will pay attention to arranging more construction material mines to serve the project's construction.
Reporting to the working delegation of the Ministry of Transport Nguyen Van Thang, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Trong Hai said: The North-South Expressway Project in the East phase 2021 - 2025 through Ha Tinh has 3 component projects: Bai Vot - Ham Nghi, Ham Nghi - Vung Ang and Vung Ang - Bung with a total length of more than 102.38 km. Up to now, Ha Tinh has completed the inventory and approved the compensation plan at 99.7%, and handed over the project site at 98.33%.
With 30 resettlement areas, the province has completed 25 areas, the remaining 5 areas have reached 90 - 99% volume. The province also provided the contractor with 11 construction material mines to construct the project.
Minister of Transport Nguyen Van Thang highly appreciated Ha Tinh in site clearance and removing difficulties in construction material sources for the North-South expressway project.
During the inspection, Minister of Transport Nguyen Van Thang acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the authorities at all levels and the people of Ha Tinh who have taken drastic action and agreed to carry out site clearance and unblock the source of construction materials for the project.
"Among the localities where the expressway project for the 2021-2025 period passes through, Ha Tinh is one of the localities that has carried out site clearance work most effectively. This shows the effective participation of the entire political system, especially the important role of the Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee," emphasized Minister of Transport Nguyen Van Thang.
