At the Conference, comrade Phan Toan Thang read the Draft Report on the Preliminary Review of Party Work in the first 6 months of 2024, and deployed tasks for the last 6 months of 2024. Accordingly, in the first 6 months of 2024, under the direction of the Standing Committee of the Association, the comprehensive leadership and direction of the Party Committee, especially the joint efforts of cadres and party members of the affiliated Party cells, the Central Office of the Association has implemented many effective activities, contributing significantly to the overall achievements of the Vietnam Journalists Association.

The Party Committee of the Agency has closely coordinated with the Party Delegation and the Association's leaders to lead and direct cadres and party members to complete the assigned work contents. The Agency's activities continue to have many bright spots and positive changes. In his concluding remarks at the Conference, Comrade Nguyen Duc Loi said that in the past time, cadres and Party members of the Central Office of the Vietnam Journalists Association have made great efforts in implementing assigned tasks. There have been many innovations, comprehensive creativity in organization and activities. There has always been proactive leadership and close direction from all levels and Party cells. Party members are aware of their roles and responsibilities, and uphold exemplary behavior in their work. The discussions at the activities need to be more specific, avoiding formalities, and the content needs to deeply analyze issues that are of interest to cadres and party members,” emphasized comrade Nguyen Duc Loi.
