Cassava leaves and bitter melon are naturally grown and cultivated ingredients often used by the Ba Na people to prepare food.
Fresh fish is caught from the stream and then grilled over hot coals to help the fish retain its freshness and sweet meat.
Fragrant sticky rice is stuffed into bamboo tubes and grilled over hot coals to create the famous bamboo rice dish of the Ba Na people in Kbang.
Bamboo rice, grilled chicken with salt and perilla leaves is a Ba Na dish that has conquered many tourists.
